LEAGUE BASIC RULES (2009)

1. Las Vegas Sun (LVS) League is friendly and co-operative matches from all department players which are divided into 3 divisions and 8 teams. Each match, winning team is given 3 point, losing team is given 0 point (zero) and draw teams are given 1 point each. Any team that achieves the highest point in the group is considered the WINNER NO.1 and any team who stand No. 2 in the group is considered the WINNER NO. 2. There will be no draw game in SEMI and FINAL round, penalty shoot will be made to define winner.
2. In case teams have the same point in the score table in any group, team who has the highest goal difference (net goal) is treated as WINNER (the priority to move further). Goal difference (net goal) is calculated by winning goals minus losing goals (Win Goal – Losing Goal = Goal Different [net goal]).
3. In case the goal difference (net goal) of any team is equal in the updated score table, one more match will be extended until WINNER is found.
4. During each match, any team who commits mistakes leading to 3 RED CARDS will be automatically considered as LOSS and will be given 0 point in that match.
5. Specific player who commits mistakes leading to RED CARD shall not be eligible for next one match only.
6. During each match, any team who commits mistakes leading to 5 YELLOW CARDS will be automatically considered as LOSS and will be given 0 point for that particular match.
7. Players who already replaced / substituted are unable to go back to the field in that match for replacement. The number of replaced player is set unlimited. Each team must have not have over 25 players in player list.
8. Players who already register their name under any team can NOT be transferred to another team even though the same group.
9. KOREAN staffs who play in any match must be at least 20 minutes and are eligible for joining in any team within own division (Casino, Hotel or Admin).
10. The each competition will be held only 70 minutes in which 30 minutes for each HALF (Tense) and 10 minutes for break time.
11. The final match will be held 90 minutes in which 40 minutes for each HALF (tense) and 10 minutes for break time.
12. Championship team is given privileges to select players from all teams to form Las Vegas Sun Football Team for outside competition.
13. Match will be conducted according to schedule, and will be subjected to change from time to time upon consequences. In case there is a change due to any unexpected circumstances, the delayed competition will perform at the end of the schedule (schedule before SEMI and FINAL round).
14. All players in each team and fans must not use any word that can harm the situations or cause conflict within team players and supporters. Strict actions will be taken on those who commit violation.
